In order to talk with "live" individuals, it will be necessary to order your credit reports from each particular bureau. On each report will be a confirmation code and a phone number (different from above). You will only be connected to a credit bureau employee by entering this code when asked by voicemail. Make sure to have a speakerphone as waiting times can be lengthy.
